Madam Satina is a no no-nonsense Cook who has gained the trust of Isabella, she capitalize on that to deal with her boss and other staff. She is the head of all workers as she had been working with Isabella late parent before their death. She is widow with three children; 2 beautiful girls in their late Teen and a boy who sometimes comes to visit her at work.
She always stands for truth and hates anyone who is the opposite of that. She love Isabella and have become fun of her, their relationship have gone pass boss and worker relationship as Isabella who is an ophans since her as the only family and mother.
